## Title: Machine Operator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join their operations in Port Harcourt. The role involves machining, fabricating, and refurbishing tools and equipment in line with API specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC and manual lathes, drilling, milling, and grinding machines
Fabricate and refurbish tools and components to meet client specifications
Collect connection gauges, gauging procedures, specification notes, and inspection reports from QAQC, checking for damages and reporting issues
Ensure accurate machine setup, tooling, and adjustments
Adhere to all quality, safety, and API standards
Support efficient workshop operations with minimal supervision

Requirements

National Diploma (ND) in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience in machining operations
Proven technical competency in machining techniques
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Strong task prioritization and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision
