This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and efficient transportation, storage, and delivery while maintaining accurate records and strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from origin to final destination
  • Schedule and manage shipments, deliveries, and transportation routes
  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and customers
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (invoices, delivery notes, waybills, customs papers, etc.)
  • Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock movement
  • Negotiate with transport providers to achieve cost-effective solutions
  • Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and delivery timelines
  • Support continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Required Qualifications: & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
