Litigation Lawyer - Nuvelle Consulting, Lagos

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview: - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation practice and courtroom advocacy, with a proven track record of handling complex cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters across various jurisdictions

• Conduct courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals

• Provide expert advice on litigation strategy and risk management

• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes

• Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Case Management and Documentation

• Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (LL. B.) in law or a related field.

• 10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice

• Strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation experience

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations

• Professional Integrity and Confidentiality

• Legal drafting skills

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Attention to detail.

Remuneration N300,000 - N330,000.00 monthly Net.
