Litigation Lawyer

Position Overview: - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation practice and courtroom advocacy, with a proven track record of handling complex cases. Key Responsibilities: - Handle litigation matters across various jurisdictions - Conduct courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals - Provide expert advice on litigation strategy and risk management - Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes - Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Case Management and Documentation - Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree (LL. B.) in law or a related field. - 10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice - Strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation experience - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities - Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations - Professional Integrity and Confidentiality - Legal drafting skills - Ability to work with minimum supervision - Attention to detail. Remuneration N300,000 - N330,000.00 monthly Net.
