About the Role
We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented IT Recruitment Analyst to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical specialists to fill IT roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and define technical requirements
- Write compelling job descriptions and post to relevant recruitment platforms
- Screen applicants for competency and alignment with job requirements
- Arrange and coordinate telephone, video, and in-person interviews
- Conduct background and reference checks on candidates
- Present the most suitable candidates' resumes to hiring managers
- Extend job offers and complete relevant documentation
- Track all applicants and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the application process
- Forecast and manage recruitment budgets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related engineering field (minimum 2.1 GPA)
- Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and platforms
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Experience in technical recruitment processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree

Location
