We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network issues.
  • Provide timely helpdesk support to staff across departments.
  • Maintain and support hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage network devices and user systems.
  • Document technical processes, updates, and system configurations.
  • Ensure security and data protection protocols are followed.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting.
  • Good helpdesk and customer support skills.
  • Hands-on experience in network support and basic configurations.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues promptly.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
