Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network issues.
- Provide timely helpdesk support to staff across departments.
- Maintain and support hardware, software, and network systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
- Configure and manage network devices and user systems.
- Document technical processes, updates, and system configurations.
- Ensure security and data protection protocols are followed.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting.
- Good helpdesk and customer support skills.
- Hands-on experience in network support and basic configurations.
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
