• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner.

• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, servers, and network devices.

Network Management:

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

• Ensure network security and performance through regular monitoring and updates.

System Administration:

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.

• Ensure regular data backups and perform disaster recovery operations when necessary.

Software Management:

• Install, configure, and update software applications.

• Maintain software licensing and compliance.

• Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new software solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.

• Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance and incidents.

• Document and report on IT issues and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in releveant field.

• Minimum of 3 years relevant technical experience.
