About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic IT support environment. You will provide comprehensive technical support to staff and work on IT infrastructure projects that impact the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across hardware, software, and networking issues
- Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, switches, and routers
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications
- Assist with user onboarding, system setups, and account management
- Ensure IT security best practices are followed
- Work on IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and network improvements
Required Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years' experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or ITIL
