## Title: IT Helpdesk Engineer

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, switches, and routers
  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications
  • Assist with user onboarding, system setups, and account management
  • Ensure IT security best practices are followed
  • Work on IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and network improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
  • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or ITIL
