Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Inventory and Buying Officer to handle procurement, supplier coordination, and ensure the supermarket maintains optimal stock levels and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality products
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Track stock levels and reorder timelines
- Maintain supplier records and purchase databases
- Collaborate with finance and operations on restocking plans
Requirements
- B.Sc/ND in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years' procurement or inventory experience
- Excellent negotiation and record-keeping skills
- Proactive and organized individual
