Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Inventory and Buying Officer to handle procurement, supplier coordination, and ensure the supermarket maintains optimal stock levels and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality products
  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Track stock levels and reorder timelines
  • Maintain supplier records and purchase databases
  • Collaborate with finance and operations on restocking plans

Requirements

  • B.Sc/ND in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years' procurement or inventory experience
  • Excellent negotiation and record-keeping skills
  • Proactive and organized individual
