## Title: Inside Sales Representative
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Inside Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
- Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email
- Keep up with product and service information and updates
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
- Stay informed about competing products and services
- Upsell products and services
- Research and qualify new leads
- Close sales and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- BSc/HND in any related course
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Indirect Sales Representative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
