An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
  • The role of ICT officer exists within the ICT department to provide system support, management, and problem-solving services. It supports operational efficiency and ensures seamless technology performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage user accounts, system configurations, and IT assets
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure
  • Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
  • Support the implementation of new IT tools and digital solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • BSc/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in IT support or system administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and cybersecurity principles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (implementation and support).
  • Knowledge of SQL, system integration, and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills with ability to train and support end users.
