ICT Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. - The role of ICT officer exists within the ICT department to provide system support, management, and problem-solving services. It supports operational efficiency and ensures seamless technology performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues - Manage user accounts, system configurations, and IT assets - Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure - Ensure data security, backups, and system updates - Support the implementation of new IT tools and digital solutions. Required Qualifications: - BSc/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 3–5 years experience in IT support or system administration - Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting - Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and cybersecurity principles - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (implementation and support). - Knowledge of SQL, system integration, and reporting tools is an advantage. - Good communication skills with ability to train and support end users.
