About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Human Resources & People Manager to join our organization. This is a strategic, performance-driven leadership position—not administrative HR.
You will monitor daily team performance, validate operational truth, identify role-fit issues, and build sustainable team culture across our three business divisions: real estate, fintech, and investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess daily team performance objectively
- Validate operational data and distinguish fact from assumption in reports
- Identify role-fit issues and implement corrective actions
- Build and sustain a truth-based operational culture
- Design and deliver training programs
- Conduct performance management conversations, including difficult dialogues and exits
- Drive people development across all divisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- 3–5 years of HR experience with an operational (not purely administrative) focus
- Proven ability to assess team performance objectively
- Experience distinguishing fact from assumption in operational reports
- Strong training design and delivery capabilities
- Comfort with conducting difficult conversations and managing exits

Compensation
