## Title: Human Resources Manager
Role Overview
Jomav Homes is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Akure, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR initiatives including recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws
- Manage employee relations and handle conflict resolution
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture
- Collaborate with management to support organizational goals
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and record management
- Proven experience creating and implementing HR policies and performance management systems
- Knowledge of organizational development strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements in Nigeria
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability in a dynamic work setting
Additional Information
- HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR) are preferred
- Must be a resident of Akure or willing to relocate
