## Title: Human Resources Officer

About the Role

Finnih Medical Centre is seeking a qualified Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to support our HR operations and employee management functions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Support staff welfare, engagement, and conflict resolution
Monitor attendance, leave, and performance appraisals
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Prepare HR letters, reports, and payroll data
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience

Compensation

N250,000 per month
