Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Support staff welfare, engagement, and conflict resolution
• Monitor attendance, leave, and performance appraisals
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and payroll data
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience

Compensation

N250,000 per month
