A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. POSITION SUMMARY You will be responsible for a range of Human resources activities as well as handling administrative tasks for the division. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background check.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Develop and implement employee development plans.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or relevant certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in Human Resources and Administrative roles, preferably in an automotive sector or related industry.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
