POSITION SUMMARY
You will be responsible for a range of Human resources activities as well as handling administrative tasks for the division.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background check.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Develop and implement employee development plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or relevant certification is a plus
- Proven experience in Human Resources and Administrative roles, preferably in an automotive sector or related industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
