## Title: Human Resources Manager
Position Overview
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new staff collaboratively across the organization
- Develop and implement frameworks for constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy
- Collaborate on offboarding processes for departing employees
- Work with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies with organizational goals
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies, processes, training initiatives, and surveys to support organizational compliance and strategic needs
- Administer and oversee human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management
- Support development, engagement, motivation, and retention of current staff
- Foster and nurture a positive working environment
- Monitor research and analysis of organizational trends in the nonprofit sector
- Collaborate with organizational leaders and advisors to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; communicate policy and practice changes to the organization
