This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Officer to join our Human Resources team.
  • The HR Officer will support core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, payroll, and HR administration.
  • This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain positive employee relations through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Assist in payroll processing and related documentation.
  • Support the management of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation records.
Required Qualifications: and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role or related field.
Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Location Requirement:
  • Candidates must reside within Surulere, Ilupeju, Yaba, Ketu, Ojota, Shomolu, Bariga, or surrounding areas.
Benefits:
  • Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 net
  • 13th Month salary
