We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Salary is 400k Work Mode - Onsite Core responsibilities
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and the onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and help resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work atmosphere.
  • Benefits and compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and help with compensation and payroll matters.
Required skills
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and HR software
