Role Overview
- The Hotel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during nighttime hours, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, maintaining service standards, and addressing guest and operational issues promptly. The role requires strong supervision skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment is an added advantage.
- Ability to oversee night operations including front office, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Experience managing guest complaints and resolving service-related issues professionally.
- Ability to supervise night shift staff and enforce service, grooming, and safety standards.
- Experience handling night audits, revenue reporting, billing verification, and shift documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
