Requirements: & Qualifications - Prior experience in hospitality is mandatory. - Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment is an added advantage. - Ability to oversee night operations including front office, housekeeping, security, and maintenance. - Experience managing guest complaints and resolving service-related issues professionally. - Ability to supervise night shift staff and enforce service, grooming, and safety standards. - Experience handling night audits, revenue reporting, billing verification, and shift documentation. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to emergencies. - High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work night shifts consistently.
