A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Role Description
  • This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nigeria for a Hotel Manager at Landmark Africa.
  • The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, and guest satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities include staff management, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, financial planning, and maintaining high-quality service.
  • Additionally, the Hotel Manager will collaborate with different departments to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in hospitality management, customer service, and front office operations
  • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Leadership and employee management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the hospitality industry
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in hotel management or a related managerial role
  • Familiarity with property management systems and hotel technology is a plus
