A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nigeria for a Hotel Manager at Landmark Africa. - The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, and guest satisfaction. - Responsibilities include staff management, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, financial planning, and maintaining high-quality service. - Additionally, the Hotel Manager will collaborate with different departments to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience. Required Qualifications: - Strong expertise in hospitality management, customer service, and front office operations - Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management - Leadership and employee management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff - Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the hospitality industry - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in hotel management or a related managerial role - Familiarity with property management systems and hotel technology is a plus
