A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient hotel operations, and achievement of financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
  • Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and occupancy growth strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel management or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Financial management and budgeting experience.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
