A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. - The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient hotel operations, and achievement of financial targets. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. - Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. - Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures. - Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations. - Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and occupancy growth strategies. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel management or similar leadership role. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Financial management and budgeting experience. - Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
