About the Role
Swift Networks is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria, offering an exciting opportunity to drive sales excellence within the telecommunications or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
- Lead, motivate, and guide sales teams to drive performance
- Monitor market trends and analyze sales data for actionable insights
- Identify opportunities for improvement and business optimization
- Drive business success through strategic planning and execution
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of strong sales and sales management experience, consistently meeting and exceeding business objectives
- Demonstrated expertise in account management and building long-term client relationships
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and market analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in the telecommunications or FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
