About the Role

Swift Networks is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria, offering an exciting opportunity to drive sales excellence within the telecommunications or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
  • Lead, motivate, and guide sales teams to drive performance
  • Monitor market trends and analyze sales data for actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and business optimization
  • Drive business success through strategic planning and execution

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of strong sales and sales management experience, consistently meeting and exceeding business objectives
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management and building long-term client relationships
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in the telecommunications or FMCG industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
