Position Overview
An established company is seeking a Head of Sales to drive strategic sales initiatives, manage and mentor the sales team, and establish strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with proven experience in technology or cybersecurity sales, capable of delivering consistent business results while positioning the company as a trusted market leader.

Mainland, Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews
- Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and forecasting accuracy to maximize efficiency and conversion rates
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and promotional offers with prospective clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to position company products effectively and enhance brand presence
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and pipeline growth
- Provide regular sales reports, market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to management
- Monitor industry and cybersecurity market developments to identify new opportunities and ensure competitiveness
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA degree preferred
Work Experience
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in sales
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role
