  • We are seeking an experienced Quality Management professional to lead quality assurance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • This leadership role will establish and maintain world-class quality standards across all clinical and operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality management framework
  • Lead patient safety protocols and incident reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards
  • Manage regulatory inspections and accreditation surveys
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Establish quality data collection and reporting systems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years healthcare quality management experience
  • Expert knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulations
  • Proven track record in process improvement and change management
  • Experience with healthcare accreditation processes
