Head of Quality Management

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive quality management framework - Lead patient safety protocols and incident reporting systems - Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards - Manage regulatory inspections and accreditation surveys - Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies - Establish quality data collection and reporting systems Requirements: - Minimum 3 years healthcare quality management experience - Expert knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulations - Proven track record in process improvement and change management - Experience with healthcare accreditation processes
