About the Role

A reputable organization in the real estate industry seeks a dedicated and experienced Head of Operations to lead operational excellence across the organization. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, this is a strategic leadership position reporting to senior management.

Compensation

₦600,000 - ₦800,000

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the MD, COO, HR, and Finance teams to define operational priorities and objectives
• Establish and monitor KPIs for supervised departments, ensuring targets and operational efficiencies are achieved
• Foster a high-performance culture through effective team management, training, and development
• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
• Conduct regular meetings with departmental heads to review performance, address challenges, and identify collaboration opportunities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all departments
• Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
