Head of Litigation

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation practice and courtroom advocacy, with a proven track record of handling complex cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters across various jurisdictions

• Conduct courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals

• Provide expert advice on litigation strategy and risk management

• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes

• Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Case Management and Documentation

• Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (LL. B.) and B.L. in law.

• 10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience with a minimum of 5-6 years in core litigation practice

• Must have a strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation experience

• Must have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Must be ableto work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Must have a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations

• Professional Integrity and Confidentiality

• Legal drafting skills

• Must be able to work with minimum supervision

• Must have good attention to detail.
