Head of Litigation

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation practice and courtroom advocacy, with a proven track record of handling complex cases. Key Responsibilities: - Handle litigation matters across various jurisdictions - Conduct courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals - Provide expert advice on litigation strategy and risk management - Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes - Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Case Management and Documentation - Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree (LL. B.) and B.L. in law. - 10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience with a minimum of 5-6 years in core litigation practice - Must have a strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation experience - Must have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Must be ableto work under pressure and manage multiple priorities - Must have a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations - Professional Integrity and Confidentiality - Legal drafting skills - Must be able to work with minimum supervision - Must have good attention to detail.
