The Head of HR will lead SKLD’s human resources function, driving strategic HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a high-performance culture. The role ensures alignment of HR practices with business objectives, compliance with labor laws, and overall organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs to motivate and retain employees.
  • Lead HR analytics, reporting, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor HR team members to enhance capabilities and performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 8–10 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy implementation.
