We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development and sales for Sujimoto’s premium developments
  • Close high-value property transactions with HNWIs, UHNWIs, investors & corporate buyers
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships that directly convert to sales (private banks, wealth managers, luxury brokers)
  • Lead and manage the sales team to deliver aggressive revenue targets
  • Represent Sujimoto at exclusive private viewings and high-level engagements
  • Attend exclusive events and networking opportunities to identify and engage potential buyers
  • Represent Sujimoto at private viewings and high-profile client meetings
Requirements:
  • 5 – 8+ years’ experience in luxury real estate or high-ticket sales
  • Proven portfolio of closed high-end property deals (₦500M – multi-billion naira)
  • Strong network within HNWI and elite investor circles
  • Deep understanding of the Lagos luxury property market
