We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and sales for Sujimoto’s premium developments
- Close high-value property transactions with HNWIs, UHNWIs, investors & corporate buyers
- Build and manage strategic partnerships that directly convert to sales (private banks, wealth managers, luxury brokers)
- Lead and manage the sales team to deliver aggressive revenue targets
- Represent Sujimoto at exclusive private viewings and high-level engagements
- Attend exclusive events and networking opportunities to identify and engage potential buyers
- Represent Sujimoto at private viewings and high-profile client meetings
Requirements:
- 5 – 8+ years’ experience in luxury real estate or high-ticket sales
- Proven portfolio of closed high-end property deals (₦500M – multi-billion naira)
- Strong network within HNWI and elite investor circles
- Deep understanding of the Lagos luxury property market
