About the Role
British International School seeks a dedicated and experienced Head of Administration to lead and oversee all administrative functions. You will be a key point of contact for inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and issues
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, coordinating with various departments
- Ensure efficient workflow and support organizational goals
- Compile performance reports and communicate updates to Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in administrative leadership roles
