## Title: Head of Administration

About the Role

British International School seeks a dedicated and experienced Head of Administration to lead and oversee all administrative functions. You will be a key point of contact for inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and issues
  • Supervise and manage administrative staff, coordinating with various departments
  • Ensure efficient workflow and support organizational goals
  • Compile performance reports and communicate updates to Management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and legal requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in administrative leadership roles
