We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Work Days: Monday – Friday Salary: ₦400,000 monthly Resumption: Immediate Note: Candidates must reside in close proximity to Lekki. Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory support to management and all departments

• Oversee and manage all legal matters of the company

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

• Represent the company in legal engagements and liaise with external counsel

• Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification is required

• Minimum of relevant post-call experience

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and financial services law

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility
