We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Work Days: Monday – Friday Salary: ₦400,000 monthly Resumption: Immediate Note: Candidates must reside in close proximity to Lekki. Job Responsibilities - Provide legal advisory support to management and all departments - Oversee and manage all legal matters of the company - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents - Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements - Represent the company in legal engagements and liaise with external counsel - Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification is required - Minimum of relevant post-call experience - Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and financial services law - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills - High level of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility
