Key Requirements

• Master degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• must be Chartered by CIPM. (A professional HR certification is an added advantage).

• Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

• Proven experience managing core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations.

Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and succession management

• Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office applications.

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and initiatives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to lead change initiatives and manage complex employee issues.
