Graphics Designer & Social Media Personnel

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and result-driven Graphics Designer & Social Media Manager to manage our visual content and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging designs, managing social media platforms, and promoting our real estate brand effectively online.

Gudu, Abuja (FCT), Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

Graphics Design

• Design social media graphics, flyers, banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements
• Create visual content for property listings and promotions
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Edit images and videos for marketing use
• Work with the marketing team on creative concepts
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content regularly
• Write compelling captions and promotional content
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Track performance and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and digital marketing strategies

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc Degree
• Proven experience in graphics design and social media management
• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.)
• Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Portfolio or samples of previous work required

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic video editing skills
• Photography or videography skills
• Experience with social media ads (Meta Ads, Instagram promotions)
• Content writing or copywriting skills
