Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team at Crescita Solutions. This is a remote role for junior to mid-level professionals who can work in an agile environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating visually appealing designs and able to translate ideas into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs including logos, banners, and other marketing materials
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce visuals that align with brand guidelines
• Use Adobe Photoshop to design and edit creative assets for digital platforms
• Adapt designs for various formats such as social media, websites, and presentations
• Collaborate with team members in an agile environment to meet deadlines and project goals
• Maintain consistency in all visual communications

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work such as logos, banners, and other design projects
• Creativity with attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced creative environment
• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools
