Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging graphics and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, product packaging, branding materials, and advertisements
• Translate marketing objectives into clear and compelling design strategies
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to create consistent visual content across platforms
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics meet brand standards and quality
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in design

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience working in advertising, branding, or digital marketing agencies
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles or web design basics
