About the Role

MKH Properties Limited is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that communicate our brand's identity and enhance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative materials for digital platforms, print media, property brochures, outdoor advertising, social media campaigns, and email newsletters
• Design and edit visuals for property listings, virtual tours, presentations, and corporate communications
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines
• Use photo manipulation and image retouching techniques to create polished, professional visuals that highlight properties and brand assets
• Develop motion graphics and short animations for social media, presentations, and promotional campaigns

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of print, digital, and motion design projects
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
